The group started from humble beginnings when the two founding directors incorporated Personnel Health & Safety Consultants Ltd in 1990. 

We grew organically and slowly as the directors learned the disciplines of good business management and developed their entrepreneurial flair. Over the years a number of small health and safety consultancies were acquired and integrated into the business. Then we grew via acquisition, by purchasing specialist consultancies in specific industry sectors and then moving into additional services that enhance safety, security and risk management to protect people and property. 

We became a public limited company initially via the Ofex financial market and then moving into the Alternative Investment Market, using our shares as a mechanism for acquisition.
